1. Return Window and Flexibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Note: Your satisfaction is our goal. In addition to a full refund, we can always offer alternatives and compensations such as extra discounts or product exchanges, provided both parties agree to resolve the situation.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, custom or personalized products, and hazardous materials (including flammable liquids or gases) cannot be returned.

Items purchased on sale or marked as “SALE” cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return:

If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In these cases, Liseanova will cover all costs of the return and shipping of the replacement product or the full refund.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
6. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason. Items must still meet our return eligibility requirements.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
